Terms of Service – Candidates Testing Service (CTS)

Welcome to Candidates Testing Service (“CTS”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online services, testing system, and payment services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Definitions

  • “Applicant”, “Candidate”, “User”, “You” refers to any person applying for a test or accessing CTS services.
  • “Client Organization” refers to government or private institutions for whom CTS conducts testing/recruitment.
  • “Website” refers to the CTS official portal and related online systems.
  • “Services” refer to test registration, data processing, recruitment assessment, and related online facilities.

  1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete information
  • Hold a valid CNIC/B-Form
  • Apply within the dates announced on our website
  • Pay test fee (if applicable) within deadlines

CTS reserves the right to reject or cancel applications that contain false or incomplete data.

  1. User Responsibilities

By using CTS services, you agree that you will:

  • Provide correct personal, academic, and contact details
  • Upload authentic documents
  • Follow exam guidelines, rules, and instructions
  • Not misuse or attempt to hack CTS systems
  • Not impersonate another candidate
  • Not share confidential exam material

Providing false information may result in cancellation of your application and legal action under relevant laws.

  1. Registration & Application Process

  • You must complete the online registration form for each job/test.
  • Once submitted, the application becomes part of the CTS process and cannot be withdrawn after the closing date.
  • CTS may request additional documents or verification at any stage.

  1. Test Fee, Online Payments & Merchant Services

For online payments:

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (banks, mobile wallets, etc.).
  • CTS does not store your card numbers, CVV, PIN, or mobile wallet credentials.
  • Any payment dispute, chargeback, or refund must follow the gateway’s policies.
  • Additional taxes or transaction charges may apply depending on your payment method.

CTS is not responsible for:

  • Payment failures
  • Delays caused by bank downtime
  • Incorrect information entered by the user

  1. Roll Number Slips & Test Scheduling

  • CTS will upload roll number slips on the website for eligible candidates.
  • Test centers, timing, and date may change due to operational requirements.
  • Candidates must regularly check SMS, email, and website updates.

Failure to download the roll number slip or missing the test date is the candidate’s responsibility.

  1. Result Preparation & Merit List

CTS prepares results based on:

  • Weightage and criteria provided by the client organization
  • Written test performance
  • Relevant quota laws (Provincial/Regional/Minority/etc.)

CTS is not responsible for:

  • Hiring decisions
  • Interview calls
  • Final selection (handled by the client organization)

  1. Data Privacy & Security

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
CTS takes reasonable measures to secure your data but does not guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.

Uploading fraudulent documents or attempting system misuse may result in:

  • Application rejection
  • Legal action under PECA 2016

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, logos, graphics, test material, and software—is the property of CTS.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Republish
  • Sell
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute

Any content without written permission from CTS.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or automated systems to submit forms
  • Interfere with server security
  • Use the website for abusive or illegal activity
  • Attempt to bypass system protections
  • Manipulate or alter test results

Any such activity may result in permanent ban and legal action.

  1. Limitation of Liability

CTS is not liable for:

  • Errors in uploaded documents by candidates
  • Internet or service outages
  • Technical failures beyond our control
  • Payment gateway issues
  • Losses due to incorrect information submitted by candidates
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our role is limited to conducting tests as per client requirements.

  1. Refund Policy

CTS test fee is generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if:

Fee was deducted twice for the same transaction and proven with evidence.

Processing time depends on payment gateway/bank.

  1. Modification of Terms

CTS may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website with updated dates.
Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including:

  • Pakistan Penal Code (PPC)
  • Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016
  • State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Payment Regulations
