ATS Term of Service (ToS) are between you and Open Testing Service referred as "ATS" entity that owns or operates the ATS services and products, which you are accessing or Using and by clicking "I Agree or similar button or checkbox" means you are accepting these Terms.
• These terms are effective as of the date you click "I Agree or similar button or checkbox". These Terms do not have to be signed in order to be binding. You indicate your assent to these Terms by clicking "I agree" (or similar button or checkbox) while using our service.
• Product and Service Specific Terms: These Terms govern our product and service related to Support or any other Additional Services. These Terms include Our Policies (including our Privacy Policy), the Product / service Specific Terms, and you’re Orders.
